Regional Manager of Operations (Houston, TX / Multiple Locations)
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking to bring on a team member who can lead operations for our growing team in Houston. This Houston Regional Manager must be fully committed to our core beliefs and work alongside other regional managers to accomplish our vision to be the premier facilities company in Texas. The Regional Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for leading Route Managers, Project Manager/Supervisors and Team/Shift Leaders in Houston. The Regional Manager will have full P&L accountability for their portfolio of accounts and will be the point of contact for customers in the region.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3 years Previous Experience in Operations, Facilities, Service Industry
Skills & Competencies:

- Basic financial understanding of gross profit/P&L and how it is achieved

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary based on experience + Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus
- 401K & Health Insurance
