Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for various roles across the company. As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and help manage the onboarding process. You will also help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings. 



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Extend offers and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies during the recruitment process.

 
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
